Load list : the basis for your off-grid system design. It will determine what you can and can’t do in your off-grid house. Specify too little to support your lifestyle, and you won’t be able to do what you want or you’ll use your generator a lot. Too much, and you’ll waste money.
Inverters: a critical part of the system that will determine what you can run and when you can run it. You may need a bigger system if you’re not prepared to compromise.
Batteries: Lead Acid or Lithium. Does brand matter?
